American Ultraviolet's systems are elliptically focused and incorporate replaceable reflector liners in heat sink extrusions. Each lamp assembly utilizes steel-bladed cooling fans and high voltage key-locked connectors. The exhaust/vacuum, system, holds stock to the belt to prevent jams. American Ultraviolet's variable speed conveyer includes digital feet per minute indicator, UV resistant coated fiberglass belt, solid state speed control and adjustable legs. All conveyers are constructed with solid beds throughout their length to guarantee stability at any height. The standard curing systems are available in single and double lamp configurations. Lamps i can operate at 300, 200, or 125 watts per inch.
