SPECIFICATIONS:

MIXING: It is recommended to add 10% to 13% by weight into Excalibur 500/550 direct printing inks

OPACITY: Very opaque.

CURING:Cure Suede Additive prints as a regular plastisol ink (see Excalibur 500/550 Series Plastisol Ink for heat curing times and other technical information). The print should resist cracking. If print cracks too easily, allow a little more curing time or increase temperature..

SCREEN FABRIC: Print through 80-160/inch (32T-64T cm).

SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: 250 to 400 micron direct capillary stencils are recommended. The thinner stencils may require repeated print/flash/print cycles to obtain desired effect. Direct Emulsion may be used with multiple coat and dry applications fordesired thickness.

MODIFIERS: None recommended

WASHUP: T-125 or biodegradable washup SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2520 screen wash gel.
