Avient™ Specialty Ink INFINITE FX HD CLEAR 2 is a clear developed to create the appearance of glass, gel, water, or high gloss surfaces. HD clear 2 can be used in high density applications or blended with other texture inks to create unique effects. It is also an effective adhesive carrier for foil, flock, and other applications.

<p>Avient™ Specialty Inks offers a range of reducers to lower the viscosity of plastisol inks. These reducers are used as additives to modify the flow and printing characteristics of plastisol inks.</p> <p>2915 CURABLE REDUCER is an efficient reducer and an addition of 5% by weight will lower the viscosity of most plastisol inks by 25%. Adding Curable Reducer at recommended amounts will not alter the cure temperature of the plastisol ink. Adding greater than 10% may reduce opacity, bleed and affect cure temperatures. </p>

Avient™ Specialty Inks Soft Hand Clear is a non-phthalate ink clear designed to blend with other general purpose and specialty inks to soften and extend ink bases. Soft Hand Clear may be used as a stand-alone base with color systems and will produce inks with a soft hand and excellent color clarity.

Avient™ Specialty Inks HUGGER CATALYST is an additive used to increase the adhesion of plastisol inks to nylon and other tightly woven materials.

Excalibur Matte Additive is a dulling paste which can be mixed into Plastisol ink to greatly reduce the gloss. The result is a smooth matte print. Matte additive does not contain any puffing agents. Matte additive will also reduce the "tack" or stickiness of inks. Matte additive is in paste form and must be stirred well into the plastisol ink at the ratio of 6% to 10% by weight.
102 Lancer Matte Additive 
Excalibur 103 Fast Flash additive can be mixed into plastisol ink to greatly reduce Flash curing time. The result is a fast flash with almost no after flash tack to increase production speeds. Ideal for first down white underbase. Fast Flash additive will also give the print a matte finish. Excalibur Fast Flash additive is in a powder form and must be stirred very well into the plastisol ink at the ratio of 3% to 5% by weight.

501 Curable Reducer is a perfectly balanced reducer that can be used in virtually any quantity. It will not affect the cure ability of the ink. It is ideal for general viscosity reduction. It can be used to achieve a softer hand. It is recommended to be used in most direct printing plastisol inks including: Excalibur 500/550 and 600 Series Plastisol Inks. Please Note: The print opacity may be reduced with the addition of 501 Reducer.

<p>High Gloss Additive greatly increases the gloss level of plastisol prints. Ideal for crystal clear high density and Jelly Print. Add 3% to 5% by weight and mix well.</p>
HGA Lancer High Gloss Additive 
<p>High Stretch Additive greatly increases stretchability of Excalibur direct printing Inks. (Not recommended for 700 Series as clarity will be lost). Add 5% HSA to Excalibur direct printing inks by weight.</p>
HSA Lancer High Stretch Additive 
Excalibur Low Bleed Additive greatly improves bleed resistance in Excalibur direct printing inks. Simply add 5%: LBA to Excalibur direct printing inks by weight.
LBA Lancer Low Bleed Additive 
Excalibur Low Cure Additive reduces curing temperatures in all Excalibur Direct Printing Inks. Allows inks to fully cure at a temperature of 265°F (130°C) to 270°F (133°C). A simple addition of 5% - 6% of Low Cure Additive (LCA) by weight will reduce curing temperatures as low as 265°F (130°C).

PF-97 Puff is and additive that is easily mixed into Excalibur Plastisol Ink to create a beautiful puff effect. Adding PF-97 results in a print with excellent loft.
PF-97 Puff Additive 
<p>Suede Additive gives 500/550 Series Plastisol Inks the look and feel of suede leather. Suede Additive has excellent opacity, washability and will resist cracking </p>

Printing nylon fabrics such as umbrellas or windbreakers is no longer a hassle with Excalibur's X150 Nylon Bonding Agent promotes adhesion on woven nylon fabrics. Simply add 10%-15% by weight of X150 to any Excalibur 500PF Series colour and mix thoroughly. X150 has a longer pot life than competitive brands of the same type product. Also, customers are not charged a "dangerous goods" surcharge by carriers because X150 is not listed on the Dangerous Goods list. The mixed ink requires no special curing procedures as it will cure at 320° Fahrenheit/160° Celsius.
