PRINTING METHOD:Screen print with light squeegee pressure to "puddle" the ink on the surface of the fabric. Too much squeegee pressure will drive the plastisol ink into the fabric and will cause a poor foaming effect.
FINISH: Cures to a soft feel.
OPACITY: Excellent opacity on dark garments.
DRYING TIME 825 Series takes longer to heat cure than conventional plastisol inks. The starting point should be 1½ to 3 minutes at 350°F. When final cure is achieved, the ink should feel foamy and tacky. The final print should stretch, retract and also resist rub-off.p>
SCREEN FABRIC: 60T-83T monofilament polyester is recommended.
SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: Use water soluble hand-cut, photo screens and blockouts with this ink or use other suitable products.
SQUEEGEE:Medium Durometer is recommended.
ADHESION: Excellent on 100% Cotton and blends plus Lycra and Spandex.
WASHUP: T-125 mineral spirits, or biodegradable washes SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2510 screen wash gel.
