Description:

This adhesive has been specially formulated to compete against the very low priced products in the market place. 3100 will be a pleasant surprise for users of competitive products. You will find a slightly higher odor product that has better adhesion than any product in its price range. Give 3100 a try, and see how good it is for the price. Approximately 12 to 15 second cure.

HOW TO USE:

HOW TO USE WITH SPRAY ON ACTIVATOR:Clean the frame with 5100 Frame Prep. Stretch fabric over the screen with a stretcher. Make sure the frame is in contact with the fabric. Squeeze the bottle to apply a 1/8" bead of adhesive in the middle of the frame. Spread the adhesive with an applicator squeegee or stiff paper board. Spray the least amount of activator possible on to the adhesive. The adhesive will cure in 8 to 12 seconds.

HOW TO USE WITH WIPE ON ACTIVATOR: Clean the frame with 5100 Frame Prep. Apply wipe on activator with the applicator or cotton swab. Do not puddle the activator. This can be done 244 hours before stretching. Stretch fabric over the screen with a stretcher. Make sure the frame is in contact with the fabric. Squeeze the bottle to apply a 1/8" bead of adhesive in the middle of the frame. Do one side at a time. Spread the adhesive with an applicator squeegee or stiff paper board. The adhesive will wick down and cure in 8 to 12 seconds
