White 301W Base is a high opacity white base for use on dark or colored fabrics. Can be used as an under-base, high opacity spot white ink or mixed with pigment (5 to10% pigment to base by weight) Mesh counts up to 305.
HOW TO USE:Cure at 320°F for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
SQUEEGEE:se 60 to 80 durometer squeegee blades.
OPACITY:Good
MESH:Use 120 to 305 Mesh
SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: Water resistant direct photo stencils, or solvent soluble knife-cut stencils are suitable.
WASHUP:5505 Detergent or 2300 Soysol Washup
ALWAYS TEST PRINT BEFORE PRODUCTION!All quantity breaks are in total gallons (not quarts) of ink assorted.
