ThermoFlex® Xtra is a durable cad cut material that is designed for heat sensitive materials . Designed for nylon, leather, and other heat sensitive fabrics. Can be used on other fabrics; however, they shoud be tested for durability. ThermoFlex® Xtra is available in fourteen standard colors plus metallic gold and silver. Available in widths of 15" and 30", in lengths of 15', 30',, and 90',. (30" width is special order).
HOW TO USE: Most colors of ThermoFlex® Xtra may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of Metallic colors and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.
FABRICS:Works on most fabrics, test before production.p>
TRANSFER SETTINGS:Set temperature at from 310° to 315°F. Use firm pressure for 3-5 seconds to 10 seconds. Peel cold. Turn inside out, wash cold and tumble dry normally.
