Retarder MG (MA RM0590)
Mix 1-5% of Retarder MG into ink to help extend the open time and keep the product from clogging in the screen. 35% humidity or above in your shop will also help extend the open time of water based inks.
Softener MG (MA WB1011)
Softener MG is a silicone softener that helps the hand of the print. You can also blend into water base inks at 10% to act as a foil release agent. Softener MG at 20% mixed into water makes an excellent cleaning solution for cleaning screen and mixing utensils.
Fixer L (MA RM0488)
Use Fixer L at 2-3% to help with wash fastness. Fixer L lowers the cure temperature to 250° F/120° C. The pot life of the ink is roughly 24 hours once mixed. This fixer meets
ALL RSLs (Restricted Substance List) of all major brands.
Fixer WF-F (MA RM0461)
Use Fixer WF-F at 2-3% to help with wash fastness. Fixer WF-F also lowers the cure temperature to 250° F/120° C. The pot life of the ink is roughly 24 hours once mixed. This fixer DOES NOT meet all of RSLs (Restricted Substance List) of all major brands.
Fixer WF-N (MA RM0480)
Use Fixer WF-N at 1-4% to help with wash fastness. Fixer WF-N lowers the cure temperature to 300° F/150° C. There is no limited pot life with Fixer WF-N. This fixer does meet
ALL RSLs (Restricted Substance List) of all major brands.
Quick Additive (MA WB1028)
Quick Additive is a one-part solution which consists of: Fixer WF-N, Retarder MG, Softener MG, Thickener B.
Quick Additive will help reduce the prep time by reducing the number of additives needed to improve performance with just one additive.
This all-in-on additive will help with screen open time, soft hand feel, drying time, and improved wash fastness.
Recommended use: 4%-10%
