USES: For use on cotton, blends, and fleece of any color. For satisfactory results with this ink the screen printer must use them in combination with a correctly prepared screen and a carefully adjusted printing technique.
OPACITY: Very opaque.
DRYING TIME: Heat cure the print at 320°F (160°C) to 350°F (177°C). Caution: Curing times will increase greatly because of the thickness of the ink film. The cured print should resist cracking. If print is undercured poor washability may result.
SCREEN FABRIC: ch (24cm) is recommended, however mesh counts of up to 110/inch (44cm) may be used for finer detail.
SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: 250 to 400 micron direct capillary stencils are recommended. The thinner stencils may require repeated print/flash/print cycles to obtain desired effect. Direct Emulsion may be used with multiple coat and dry applications fordesired thickness.
MODIFIERS: None recommended
WASHUP: T-125 or biodegradable washup SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2520 screen wash gel.
