Accu-Cart All Black Ink System

Description:

Epson inkjets start out as color output devices. With the majority of slots in an Epson designated to color, these cartridges do NOT have value in the film output process. Because your priority is making quality BLACK films, the color carts are creating an on-going and costly problem - problem solved!

All Black Ink is a better bulk ink system because it provides high-quality dye ink (not pigment ink) delivered in cartridges (the way an Epson inkjet is engineered to deliver ink).

All Black Ink is managed automatically by the RIP (AccuRIP is the ONLY RIP that can do this) and dispenses a controlled amount of ink from each slot to your film during output. This helps maintain the life of your device. When each slot is routinely used during output, the nozzles are all being used. The result is less clogs and even NO clogs for some users.

The dye is custom manufactured in the US and is a high-quality, food grade dye with light-blocking technology (remember the days of ruby- and amber-lith?!). Pigment ink users literally have to lay down enough ink to physically block light through ink opacity during screen-making. Since dye users typically use less ink in the film making process, that means savings. Click "Read More" for further instructions.
