<p>Kolorcure® Adhesion Promoters are designed to improve product performance on difficult substrates. While Kolorcure screen inks and coatings are supplied "ready to use", substrate conditions sometimes change and the addition of the Adhesion Promoters may be required.<br><br> Adhesion Promoter #8210 is a general purpose additive which will improve adhesion when used at 10-20% by weight.</p>

KC-8211 Flattening Powder
<p>Kolorcure's Flattening Paste (8211P) was developed to easily and effectively lower gloss levels of UV-curable inks.<br><br>Mix up to 20 % Kolorcure Flattening Paste as needed to reduce the gloss level of the ink.</p>

<p>Kolorcure's Thickening Powder (8212) is used to increase viscosity in UV-curable inks without affecting color strength.<br><br> Mix up to 5 % Kolorcure Thickening Powder as needed to increase the viscosity of the ink.</p>

<p>KC-8214 is a specially formulated blend of organic and inorganic substances in a water/alcohol medium.<br><br> A clean dry surface is preferred for superior adhesion. <br><br> Apply by dipping, brushing, wiping, or via controlled spraying for minimal film thickness. Dry the glass primer quickly by using forced air or heating for one minute or less. <br><br> After the primer is completely dry, you can screen print Kolorcure Glass King II UV curable inks onto the primed glass and expect to get excellent adhesion and moisture resistance. A 350-390 mesh per inch is recommended. <br><br> An 80 Durometer (Shore A Hardness) Polyurethane squeegee is recommended.</p>
