One piece alloy construction with large emulsion resevoir and plastic ends . Features one edge with a round shape for thick deposits and the opposite with a sharp edge for controlled, thin emulsion deposition. Can also be custom made to specific lengths as required. Effective coating width is 1/4" less than overall length.
PRO-M Scoop Coaters
Two sided coater with a thin coating edge on one side, and a rounded edge on the other for heavier deposits of emulsion. Aluminum ends are screwed in place for durability. The only coater that sits straqight up for easy filling without spills. All sizes listed indicate actual coater dimension. All scoop coaters have effective coating area of 1" less than size ordered. Scoop Coaters are available in customized sizes up to 144".
