BigRed 4D Series dryers are slimmer and more powerful for curing DTG, water-based, plastisol or discharge inks. Offered in either 30" or 54" belt widths with pre-heating booster zone, high-efficiency air flow mapping system plus four infrared heaters, these robust machines can cure up to 144 garments/h printed with digital white ink, 432/h screen printed with water-based ink and 950/h screen printed with plastisol ink.

<p>The multi-purpose LittleRed® X3-D infrared dryer cures direct-to-garment (DTG) printed textiles as well as plastisol, water-based and discharge-printed garments at higher rates than possible with conventional dryer designs. </p> <p>The Little Red X3-D-30 model is equipped with a 30 in. (76.2 cm) wide conveyor belt and three 24 in. (61 cm) wide infrared heaters (8900W @ 240V total wattage) and can cure 360+ plastisol-printed garments/h, 185+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and up to 51+ garments/h inkjet printed with digital white ink at 3 minutes dwell time. </p> <p>The X3D has an overall conveyor belt length of 88 in. The heating chamber is 41 in. (104 cm) long and features a powerful, targeted exhaust system as standard to rapidly remove moisture and air contaminants from the heating chamber, as well as cool the skin and controls.</p>

Slimmer profile, and 20% quieter than earlier models, these high production dryers are available in 30" and 54" belt widths, and in single- or double-heating chamber configurations. EconoRed II dryers can cure up to 1,200 plastisol-printed garments/hour or up to 400/hr with water-based ink or discharge. EconoRed III models can cure up to 1,900 plastisol-printed garments/hr or up to 600/hr with water-based or discharge inks.
