<p>Soy-based plastisol ink wash. As the name implies, it is mostly soy based. It is aimed at the plastisol market, but works on some conventional inks and UV. It also can be recycled in any of our machines, works fast and washes completely away with water(no oily residue). As with our other washes, it is bio- degradable, drain-safe, and has NO VOC! Best of all, it is competitively priced. </p>
2300 SoySol Screen Wash
Screen Systems 2500 is a safe, water soluble, biodegradable solvent for the cleaning of almost all residual inks from screens and tools. It completely dissolves inks, even if they have thoroughly dried in the screen. Drys slowly providing long working time. Removes solvent-based, UV, Plastisol inks, and uncured solder masks. Contains no chlorinated solvents or chelants and can be put down the drain in accordance with local regulations.
2500 Screen Wash
Screen Systems 2510 is the same as 2500 except that it is in gel form. This enables hand application to screens with no dripping or running, minimizing waste. It is a safe, water soluble, biodegradable solvent for the cleaning of almost all residual inks from screens and tools. It completely dissolves inks, even if they have thoroughly dried in the screen. Drys slowly providing long working time. Removes solvent-based, UV, Plastisol inks, and uncured solder masks. Contains no chlorinated solvents or chelants and can be put down the drain in accordance with local regulations. Ideal for large screens. Also biodegradable and water soluble with a pleasant citrus smell.
2510 Screen Wash Gel
Screen Systems 2550 is a safe, biodegradable solvent for the cleaning of almost all inks from screens and tools. This is an improved version of our earlier product that completely dissolves inks, even if they have thoroughly dried in the screen. Removes solvent - based, UV, Plastisol inks, and uncured solder masks.<br><br> In its original form, Series 2550 Screen Cleaner is biodegradable, though users should be cautious when using inks containing hazardous pigments or plasticisers. Screen Systems 2550 is identical to 2500 without the citrus odor. Recommended for use in the Screen Systems Automatic Screen Washer where citrus odor undesirable. Biodegradable, water soluble.
2550 Low Odor Screen Wash

Mix ten parts of water to one part of this concentrate to fill the Dip Tank. Removing direct emulsion, and ink residue from your screens - fast and easy. Odor-free and safe for the environment. For plastisol only. </p>
2900 2 in 1 Dip Tank Concentrate
KIWOCLEAN CIW-LF (CONCENTRATED INK WASH - LOW FOAMING) is a screen cleaning concentrate formulated to be diluted with water. It is very effective on Plastisol, UV, and water-based inks, as well as some solvent-based inks. Its high flash point and low foaming characteristic make it especially suitable for use in automatic screen washing units. KIWOCLEAN CIW - LF is mild in odor and biodegradable.
