1 Side Square

Quick and accurate screen tensioning at a reasonable price. Three simple steps save time, therefore lowering labor costs and speeding production.

First cut screen material and secure on all four sides with the round locking rods. Note these rods are placed in slot with the use of of Diamond Chase Pizza Roller.

Second, loosen lock nuts slightly and exert tension away from the center using proper open end wrench. When tension is achieved use corresponding open end wrench to lock end nuts.

Third, after all four sides have been tightened any readjustment is done in same manner until proper tension is achieved.
