SPECIFICATIONS:

FINISH: Soft-hand finish.

OPACITY: Excellent opacity.

TRANSFER PAPER: 950 Series Inks will work well on most commonly used papers such as Soft Trans, Trans 55, Ultrastrip 2000, Tullis Russel or Transal.

MESH:For opaque colors on darks, use meshes of 60-110/inch (24T-44T cm).

CURING:It is important to "Gel" the inks on the paper rather than fully curing them. Recommended gelling temperature is 240°F-260°F (116°C-127°C) for 30 to 60 seconds - use of temperature strips will help to calibrate the curing with the dryer you are using. If you are using Plastisol Puff and Printable Adhesives these will be printed and gelled last. Improper curing of hot split transfers can affect the shelf life, release and opacity. Be careful not to under cure as this can affect the shelf life.

SQUEEGEE:Medium Durometer (70) is recommended.

TRANSFERRING:All 950 Series Inks are designed to be transferred at 375°F-400°F (191°C-204°C) for 6 to 12 seconds at medium pressure.

SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: Use water soluble hand-cut, photo screens and blockouts with this ink or use other suitable products.

MODIFIERS:950 Series Inks are formulated ready for use. If it is necessary to reduce viscosity use 902 Viscosity Reducer.

WASHUP: T-125 mineral spirits, or biodegradable washes SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2510 screen wash gel.
