The DK7 Cap press is a fully functional cap press for printing the front face of any sized headwear.
The DK7 has a unique hold-down device that pulls the rear strap of the headwear down against the pressing surface, holding the cap in place. The DK7 accepts different sized interchangeable tables (standard size included - see additional accessories below) for accommodating youth & chIld sized caps, fitted and low profile caps, and many other items.

Knight's line of Digital Knight clamshell presses boasts the heaviest pressure a clamshell can apply, using heavy steel welded structures, while maintaining excellent low-weight portability. These presses open much wider and lift up far away from the rear of the pad, staying away from user hands. The extra long & wide handle and smooth gas shock lift make for the easiest and safest clamshells to operate on the market!

The DK20 and DK16 clamshell presses also feature an AUTO-RELEASE upgrade. This inexpensive feature makes these presses semi-automatic "Pop-Up" machines. Without an air compressor, the presses open automatically at the end of the timing cycle for added productivity and ease of use.
