    High Density Monofilament Polyester
    A totally new mesh based on the latest technology. Poweer Mesh uses a unique “high density” monofilament polyester thread. This allows the fabric to be stretched to higher limits and be more tear resistant. All Power Mesh is yellow in color.

    NITEX - Super-quality Swiss Woven Monofilament Yellow Anti-Halo Nylon
    Swiss Yellow Nylon
    High resiliency for superb print quality on 3-D objects and other irregular surfaces
    Swiss-made Hi-Fylon monofilament nylon is prestretched and double-heat-set. This gives permanent stability to the uniform weave. It also provides Hi-Fylon with the elasticity needed for screen printing on uneven, irregular, embossed, or three-dimensional surfaces. Hi-Fylon's tensil strength and abrasion resistance make it well suited to long production runs. Photo emulsions quickly expose sharp and clean on Hi-Fylon. Details wash out of the screen with ease. Hi-Fylon offers optimum ink penetration regardless of viscosity. It's excellent for halftone, fine line, and multicolor screen printing; with proper stretching, you can easily obtain close-tolerance registration. Always follow instructions for stretching nylon fabrics.
