MIXING: To prepare a Fluorescent Pigment ink of proper printing consistency it is necessary to determine which clear base to use (this depends upon the substrate to be printed). You MUSTmix the pigment with the recommended thinner until a heavy paste is obtained. If the powder in not mixed into a paste, the powder will "clump up" and not mix evenly into the base.
RATIOS: Add the clear base and mix well. Use approximately 2½ - 4 lbs. of fluorescent pigment to a gallon of base. Use monofilament 140 mesh for best results.
